Pete is a licensed Arizona Real Estate Broker and graduate of Drake University.  He is an active member of SIOR. Peter specializes in the representation of landlords and tenants specializing in the leasing and sale of Commercial Buildings in the Metropolitan Phoenix real estate market.  Peter’s extensive knowledge of the Phoenix Metropolitan market is complemented by thorough analysis and property marketing.  These qualities, along with a strong work ethic, have enabled him to become a respected presence within the market.

Kristi is a Phoenix native and has been a licensed Arizona real estate agent since 2013.  Although she majored in Biology with an emphasis in Physical Therapy at Grand Canyon University, she found herself drawn to marketing.  She has an excellent customer service background from working in retail for nearly 10 years. She loves her dog, Squid, and playing golf and tennis with her husband and baking cookies.

EDUCATION:

Prove to be a knowledgeable professional in the industrial and/or office real estate market as evidenced by completing one of the following three options.

Core Components of Commercial Brokerage Coursework through SIOR Education. Applicants complete three (3) mandatory courses:

Understanding the Lease Agreement

Applicants complete a minimum of three (3) of the following six (6) elective courses: Advanced Sales Skills

Consolidating a Business Strategy

Tenant and Landlord Representation

ETHICS:

Uphold high ethical standards of practice and pledge to uphold SIOR’s Code of Ethical Principles and Standards of Professional Practice by completing one of the following two options.
SIOR Ethics & Professional Standards course held at an SIOR course offering, or
SIOR’s online ethics course.

PHILANTHROPY

Lee & Associates’ 501C-3 charitable organization, CompassionateLEE, was founded in 2019 and is focused on bringing people together to assist our Lee family members and others in our communities in times of crisis. Our goal is to provide the members of our organization with an opportunity to focus on helping others by extending a hand of support in our local communities during an emergency or wherever we see a chance that someone may need our help. We also raise money through Lee Offices fundraising events, and money raised goes towards offering support when emergencies arise and to other worthy causes outside of our own organization to do our part to make the world a better place.
